How do I upgrade from a free account to a paid account / higher plan?
You can upgrade your account from the Basic to the Pro Plan or from a monthly or yearly Pro Plan to a higher plan. To upgrade, login to your IDrive account and click the 'Upgrade Account' icon. Select the plan of your choice and click the 'Upgrade Now' button. |

The credit card that I had used to sign up for an IDrive account has expired and I have outstanding payments towards my account. What should I do?
Login to your IDrive account. On the main page of your account, click the 'Edit Credit Card' icon and enter your credit card details afresh.

Is my money refunded in case I cancel my account?
Yes. Refund for monthly subscription is issued on a pro-rated basis.
When you cancel an annual subscription to IDrive before its term, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis, calculated as per the subscription charges of the corresponding monthly plan for the number of days the account was used (the number of days between the most recent yearly charges and the cancelation date). If the amount exceeds the cost of subscription, then no refund is issued. |
