How do I view the billing and invoice information related to my main account?

Login to your IDrive account and go to 'My Account' option. Click the 'Billing Report' link to view a summary of your transactions. Click the 'Invoice' link to see the invoice of each transaction.

Login to your IDrive account, go to 'My Account' and click the 'Billing Report' link. From the 'IDrive Account Receipt / Transaction Summary' page, click the 'View Additional Accounts Transaction' link to view the transaction summary and the 'Invoice' link on the 'IDrive - Additional Accounts Transaction Summary' page to see the invoice of each transaction.

The credit card that I had used to sign up for an IDrive account has expired and I have outstanding payments towards my account. What should I do?

Login to your IDrive account. On the main page of your account, click the 'Update Credit Card' button and enter your credit card details afresh.


IDrive Web Access and Account Management

Click the 'Save Changes' button to complete the process followed by the 'Apply Pending Charges' button to settle the dues towards your IDrive account.

Is my money refunded in case I cancel my account?

Refunds for monthly subscriptions are issued only if the account is canceled within 15 days of its creation date.

When you cancel an annual subscription to IDrive before its term, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis, calculated as per the subscription charges of the corresponding monthly plan for the number of days the account was used (the number of days between the most recent yearly charges and the cancelation date). If the amount exceeds the cost of subscription, then no refund is issued.

Why am I unable to use my credit card to make a payment towards the IDrive subscription?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards. This problem may arise due to the following reasons while subscribing for an IDrive account:

  • Credit card number and expiry date may be inaccurate.

  • The online authorization system may fail certain valid credit cards outside US in the address verification test.
